The trend of efficient space of working desk setups become more popular nowadays, especially for office workers. This trend creates an innovation of simpler computer design that integrates one component with another. All in one PC is a type of computer that combines all the main components in one unit, which is a single unit between the Central Processing Unit (CPU) and the display panel. This type of computer device has the advantage of simple compactness and suitable to be placed in limited space.
In this article we will discuss all about all in one PC and its DJID certification requirements in Indonesia.
What is all in one PC?
All in one PC is a computer device that integrates a monitor and internal components such as a processor, memory, and storage in one unit. This type of computer is quite different from traditional PC computers that have separate towers for the main components.
All in one PC is widely chosen by computer users because of its modern design and space efficiency. This type of computer is usually popular in office work environments that require compact computing space solutions but still prioritize functionality.
Difference between all in one PC and conventional PC
Although both all in one PC and conventional PC are computer devices, but they still have some significant differences need to be considered by computer users.
- Components: All in one PC combines all components in one unit, while conventional PC separates the monitor and CPU.
- Flexibility: All in one PC is easier to be moved and carried, because it does not have many cables or additional devices. Conventional PC is more difficult to be moved, because it is connected to the monitor, CPU, and other devices separately.
- Upgradeability: All in one PC usually have limitations for upgrading components due to its integrated design. Meanwhile, conventional PCs are easier to upgrade because the components are separate and can be replaced or added as needed.
Benefits of all in one PC

All in one PC has been adopted in many industries today. Space efficiency is the main reason why this type of computer is highly recommended. In addition to space efficiency, here several benefits when we use all in one PC.
Space saving design
All in one PC is designed by combining the monitor and internal components in one unit. This design is ideal for limited workspaces or creating more minimalist work desk appearance.
Easier installation process
In fact, all in one PC is easier to be installed than a conventional PC. This type of computer does not require a lot of assembly process like conventional PC.
Reliable performance for various needs
All in one PC is equipped with specifications that allows users to handle various tasks, starting from daily work to entertainment activity. Usually, the screen of all in one PC also has a fairly large size and high resolution.
DJID certification for all in one PC
Most of all in one PCs support Bluetooth and Wifi connectivity during its operation. Because of these functions, all in one PC needs to meet applicable technical standards of Bluetooth and Wifi before being marketed in Indonesia. The process of fulfilling the technical standard requirements is carried out through DJID certification process.
By processing DJID certification, it indicates that all in one PC with Bluetooth and Wifi features has complied with applicable compliance standards and can be marketed legally in Indonesia. Ownership of DJID certificates guarantees that all in one PC with Bluetooth and Wifi features will work on the permitted frequency in Indonesia.
Before processing the DJID certification, it is necessary to perform RF, EMC, and Electrical safety tests for all in one PC. The RF, EMC, and Electrical safety test reports will be required during application submission process.
RF test for all in one PC
Bluetooth feature is a type of wireless feature that commonly used in all in one PC. The testing of Bluetooth is conducted based on the technical regulation of KEPMEN KOMINFO No. 260 year 2024 and below are the required testing parameters.
| Frequency band | Output power | Spurious emission | Testing method |
| 2400 – 2483.5 MHz | < 20 dBm EIRP | ETSI EN 300 328 | ETSI EN 300 328 |
In addition to Bluetooth connectivity, in all in one PC also support Wifi connectivity used to access the internet network. Most of all in one PCs with Wifi feature can operate in both frequency bands of 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. The testing of Wifi is conducted based on the technical regulation of KEPMEN KOMDIGI No. 12 year 2025 and below are the required testing parameters.
| Frequency range | Classification of use | Output power | Channel bandwidth | Spurious emission |
| 2400 – 2483.5 MHZ | Access type 1 | < 27 dBm EIRP (500 mWatt) | < 40 MHz | ETSI EN 300 328 (min version 1.8.1) |
| 5150 – 5250 MHz | Access type 1 | < 23 dBm EIRP (200 mWatt) | < 80 MHz, < 160 MHz | ETSI EN 301 893 (min version 1.7.1) |
| 5250 – 5350 MHz | Access type 1 | < 23 dBm EIRP (200 mWatt) | < 80 MHz, < 160 MHz | ETSI EN 301 893 (min version 1.7.1) |
| 5725 – 5825 MHz | Access type 1 | < 23 dBm EIRP (200 mWatt) | < 80 MHz | ETSI EN 300 440 |
EMC test for all in one PC
Since most of all in one PCs is supplied by AC power or AC/DC converter, then EMC radiated and conducted emissions are required to be tested. The EMC testing process will be based on the international EMC standard of CISPR 32.
The testing of EMC radiated emission for all in one PC is carried out in the frequency range of 30 – 1000 MHz and 1000 – 6000 MHz. Because some all in one PCs usually have RJ45 ports, then the testing of EMC conducted emission is carried out at main terminal power and telecom port of all in one PC within the frequency range of 150 kHz – 30 MHz.
Electrical safety test for all in one PC
Electrical safety test is required for all in one PC because mostly it is supplied by AC power. The required electrical safety parameters need to tested are only touch current and electrical strength. The testing process is performed based on IEC standards of IEC 60950.
The testing of touch current is carried out by attaching the test leads to particular parts of all in one PC that possibly hold by hand. The results of touch current test should be less than 3.5 mA.
The testing of electrical strength is carried out by providing excess voltage to all in one PC. The results of electrical strength test should be no disconnection when it is given a voltage of 1500V – 3000V.
