In general, this draft ER includes some technical requirements for radio conformance, EMC, electrical safety and relevant interfaces of the equipment. Implementation of the draft Essential Requirements (ER) for equipment operating in the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands may change some technical requirements for TEC MTCTE certification in India.
